Reliance Engineering has successfully completed different types of projects involving existing buildings including the following:

1. Broward General Hospital, Fort Lauderdale: Addition of several surgery suites including a Hybrid Cathlab and an infusion center.
2. Miami Children's Hospital Outpatient Facilities: Renovations to existing buildings to add new outpatient facilities at several sites including Miramar, Palm Beach Gardens, Midtown Miami, Miami Lakes, Doral and Palmetto Bay.
3. Jupiter Medical center Cathlab Addition.
4. Memorial Regional Hospital Rehabilitation Centers at several sites including Miramar, Memorial East and Memorial West.
a) Plantation General Hospital, Emergency Care Facilities: Emergency Rooms addition to an existing hospital.
5. Memorial Hospital, Pembroke: Interior remodeling including removal of structural bearing walls.
6. American Corporate Executive Center, Plantation: Converted an existing one story warehouse building into a three story 100,000 square feet office building.
7. Intercostal Mall, North Miami Beach: Complete façade renovations including addition of several new tower features and new restaurants.
8. Plantation General Hospital: Providing a complete new façade including a new drop-off canopy at the Plantation General Hospital.
9. University Hospital, Tamarac: Providing a complete new façade including a new drop-off canopy at the University Hospital.
10. Enclosed Pedestrian Bridge at Coral Springs Medical Center: Adding an enclosed pedestrian bridge connecting Coral Springs Medical Center to a new medical office building.
11. Parking Garage, Coral Gables, Florida: Repair/Rehabilitation of a three story parking garage in Coral Gables.
12. Mercedes Benz Dealership in Coral Gables: Autohaus renovations and additions including new entry feature and new service area canopies.
